To nominate someone for the Springfield Area Sports Hall of Fame, please fill out the information requested.

To be considered for induction in the Springfield Area Sports Hall of Fame, the candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements:

Have been a native of the Springfield area
Have played sports in the Springfield area
Have lived a large portion of their life in Springfield and brought credit or recognition to the city during that time.

Individuals must have gained recognition as an active participant in sports, either as a player, coach or official. Others will be considered in the Friend of Sport category, or Era of Excellence Award.
